Started working on building planning/design and project management since 1970s, which involved several complex project and high-rise commercial building developments at the main artery road in Jakarta. At early 1990s, founded PT Gunawan Cipta Arsindo and since then taken in position as its President Director.

Experienced in Planning, Mixed-use Development of Commercial and Industry, Corporate Management of prime companied in Indonesia.

Graduated from Planning & Architecture Dept. of Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB)
